The My Profile section lets you view and update your personal information including your name, phone number, and address.
Where to Find This
Navigate to your Services page and click My Profile in the account menu (person icon).
What You Can Edit
Your profile is organised into three cards:
Basic Information
- First Name — your given name (required)
- Last Name — your surname (required)
- Display Name — how your name appears in the system (required)
Contact Information
- Email — displayed but cannot be changed here. Your email is tied to your sign-in account. Contact support if you need to change it.
- Mobile Phone — your phone number in international format. Use the country picker to select your country code, then enter your number.
Address Information
- Street Address (required)
- City (required)
- State / Province (required, 1–128 characters)
- Postal Code (required)
- Country (required)
Saving Changes
- Update any fields you need to change
- Click the Save Changes button
- The button shows a spinner while saving
- A green success banner appears when your changes are saved
All fields except email are required — if any required field is missing or invalid, a validation alert will list what needs fixing (e.g. "First Name is required", "Mobile Phone number is not valid").
Refreshing Your Profile
Click the Refresh button to reload your profile from the server. This is useful if you've made changes on another device or if you want to discard unsaved edits.
Tips
- Always include the country code for your phone number — use the dropdown picker to select it
- Keep your details up to date — your phone number may be used for verification (e.g. WhatsApp booking assistant)
- Email changes require support — since your email is your sign-in identity, it can't be changed from this page
Troubleshooting
"Mobile Phone number is not valid" Make sure you've selected the correct country code from the dropdown and entered the number without leading zeros (for most countries).
"First Name is required" (or similar) All fields except email must be filled in before saving. Check that none are blank.
Changes not appearing after save? Click the Refresh button to reload your profile. If the issue persists, try refreshing the browser page.
Can't change your email? Email is read-only on this page because it's linked to your sign-in account. Contact the business's support team if you need to update it.
