The My Bookings panel shows all your appointments in one place. You can view upcoming sessions, review past bookings, and cancel appointments you no longer need.
Where to Find This
Navigate to your Services page and click the My Bookings tab (calendar icon) in the left sidebar navigation.
Booking Tabs
Your bookings are split into three tabs, each showing a live count:
Upcoming (n)
Shows all future appointments that are confirmed and not yet cancelled.
Past (n)
Shows completed appointments — sessions where the date and time have already passed.
Cancelled (n)
Shows any bookings you've previously cancelled, regardless of the original date.
What Each Booking Shows
Every booking card displays:
- Time range — e.g. "09:00 - 10:00"
- Status badge — Upcoming (primary colour), Past (grey), or Cancelled (red)
- Service or plan name — what you booked
- Location name — displayed in bold beneath the service name
- Address — shown with a map pin icon if an address is available
Bookings are grouped by date, so multiple sessions on the same day appear together under a shared date header.
Session Packs
If you booked a session pack — a whole season of classes or a camp booked in one payment — its sessions are grouped together into a single row rather than listed individually. The group shows the pack name, the number of sessions, the date range, and the location, with a calendar icon. Click the row to expand it and see (or cancel) each session inside; click again to collapse it. Session-pack groups appear at the top of the list, above your other bookings.
Cancelling a session pack. Expand the group and click Cancel pack… to cancel the whole enrolment. Before it happens, you'll see how many upcoming sessions will be cancelled and any refund due under the business's cancellation policy — then choose Cancel pack to go ahead or Keep pack to back out. Any refund goes back to your original payment method.
Cancelling a single session inside a pack (using its own Cancel button) frees that spot for someone else. You'll be asked to confirm on a "Cancel this session?" dialog first — choose Cancel session or Keep session.
What you get back depends on how the business set up the pack, and the dialog tells you which applies before you confirm:
- A session credit is returned — some businesses let you rebook another session within the same pack. The returned credit expires with the pack (it doesn't carry over to another one).
- No refund — otherwise the single session isn't refunded. Cancelling the whole pack is then the only way to get money back, and even that follows the business's cancellation policy (sessions starting very soon may not qualify).
Some businesses sell a season as an ongoing subscription rather than a single payment: you're booked into the season's sessions and billed each period while you stay enrolled. For those, Cancel pack… doesn't offer a refund — it opens a Season subscription notice explaining that it's managed from your subscriptions instead. Nothing is cancelled from that notice, so just close it (either Done or Close does the same thing). To end the enrolment, go to Purchased Services → Subscription tab and use Manage Billing (see Subscriptions & Credits). Cancelling a single session inside the season still works as described above.
Sorting Your Bookings
Use the sort toggle button to switch between:
- Ascending — earliest dates first (default)
- Descending — most recent dates first
This applies to whichever tab you're currently viewing.
Cancelling a Booking
You can cancel any upcoming booking directly from this page:
- Find the booking under the Upcoming tab
- Click the red Cancel button on the booking card
- The button shows a spinner and changes to "Cancelling..." while processing
- Once done, a Cancelled badge replaces the cancel button on that card
The booking will appear in the Cancelled tab the next time the page loads. If your plan includes booking quotas, the cancelled session's credit is restored to your quota balance.
Note: The cancel button only appears on upcoming bookings. Past and already-cancelled bookings do not show a cancel button.
Empty States
If you have no bookings at all, you'll see a "No Bookings Yet" message with a calendar icon.
Each individual tab also shows its own message when empty:
- Upcoming: "No Upcoming Bookings"
- Past: "No Past Bookings"
- Cancelled: "No Cancelled Bookings"
Tips
- Cancelling restores your quota — if you cancel and rebook, you won't lose a session credit
- Use the sort toggle to quickly find your next or most recent appointment
Troubleshooting
Cancel button not appearing? The cancel button only shows on upcoming bookings. If the session date has passed, the button will not be shown.
Error when cancelling? A red alert will appear beneath the booking with details. Try refreshing the page and attempting again. If the issue persists, contact support.
Booking count seems wrong? Each tab counts only the bookings in that category. Cancelled bookings won't appear in the Upcoming count even if their date is in the future.
