Managing Your Bookings

Beginner4 minutes

The My Bookings panel shows all your appointments in one place. You can view upcoming sessions, review past bookings, and cancel appointments you no longer need.

Where to Find This

Navigate to your Services page and click the My Bookings tab (calendar icon) in the left sidebar navigation.

Booking Tabs

Your bookings are split into three tabs, each showing a live count:

Upcoming (n)

Shows all future appointments that are confirmed and not yet cancelled.

Past (n)

Shows completed appointments — sessions where the date and time have already passed.

Cancelled (n)

Shows any bookings you've previously cancelled, regardless of the original date.

What Each Booking Shows

Every booking card displays:

  • Time range — e.g. "09:00 - 10:00"
  • Status badge — Upcoming (primary colour), Past (grey), or Cancelled (red)
  • Service or plan name — what you booked
  • Venue name — displayed in bold beneath the service name
  • Address — shown with a map pin icon if an address is available

Bookings are grouped by date, so multiple sessions on the same day appear together under a shared date header.

Sorting Your Bookings

Use the sort toggle button to switch between:

  • Ascending — earliest dates first (default)
  • Descending — most recent dates first

This applies to whichever tab you're currently viewing.

Cancelling a Booking

You can cancel any upcoming booking directly from this page:

  1. Find the booking under the Upcoming tab
  2. Click the red Cancel button on the booking card
  3. The button shows a spinner and changes to "Cancelling..." while processing
  4. Once done, a Cancelled badge replaces the cancel button on that card

The booking will appear in the Cancelled tab the next time the page loads. If your plan includes booking quotas, the cancelled session's credit is restored to your quota balance.

Note: The cancel button only appears on upcoming bookings. Past and already-cancelled bookings do not show a cancel button.

Empty States

If you have no bookings at all, you'll see a "No Bookings Yet" message with a calendar icon.

Each individual tab also shows its own message when empty:

  • Upcoming: "No Upcoming Bookings"
  • Past: "No Past Bookings"
  • Cancelled: "No Cancelled Bookings"

Tips

  • Cancelling restores your quota — if you cancel and rebook, you won't lose a session credit
  • Use the sort toggle to quickly find your next or most recent appointment

Troubleshooting

Cancel button not appearing? The cancel button only shows on upcoming bookings. If the session date has passed, the button will not be shown.

Error when cancelling? A red alert will appear beneath the booking with details. Try refreshing the page and attempting again. If the issue persists, contact support.

Booking count seems wrong? Each tab counts only the bookings in that category. Cancelled bookings won't appear in the Upcoming count even if their date is in the future.
