Some businesses offer session packs — a whole term of weekly classes, or a multi-day camp — that you book in one payment. Instead of booking each session yourself, you choose the pack and we book every session for you.
Where You'll See This
There are two places a session pack can appear:
- On the booking page, a highlighted bar reads "Book the whole [pack name]" above the calendar, with a Book button. Underneath, a hint reminds you that you can still book individual sessions in the calendar below if you'd rather.
- On a pricing card, the button reads Enrol instead of "Buy Now".
Either one opens the same step-by-step booking window.
Step 1: Who Is It For?
If the business books on behalf of someone — a child, a pet, a student — you'll first be asked "Who is this for?"
- Pick an existing profile, or
- Tap Add [child / pet / …] to create one. If you don't have any yet, you'll be asked to add one before continuing.
Only the sessions that profile is eligible for (for example, the right age group) are shown in the next step.
If the business doesn't use profiles, this step is skipped and you go straight to choosing your sessions.
Step 2: Choose Your Sessions or Dates
Next you'll see the available options:
- For a term of weekly classes, pick the day and time series you want — each shows its venue and, where relevant, an age band.
- For a camp or dated block, pick the dated block — it shows the date range and how many sessions it includes.
If there's only one option, it's selected for you automatically.
Step 3: Check the Price and Book
Once you've chosen, the price appears:
- It shows how many sessions you're booking (e.g. "8 sessions", or "5 of 8 sessions left" if you're joining partway through a term).
- If you're joining partway through, the price is pro-rated — you only pay for the remaining sessions, with the per-session price shown.
- The next session date is shown where available.
Review it, then tap the Book button (which shows the total). You'll be taken to a secure checkout to pay. Once payment goes through, every session in the pack is booked for you.
If Some Sessions Are Full
Session packs have limited places. Two things can happen:
- If a session you wanted is already full, you may see a notice that "These sessions are now full." You'll be offered the waitlist — we'll offer you the next place that frees up.
- Depending on how the business has set things up, you might be booked into the sessions that do have space, with any full session added to the waitlist.
Tips
- Joining late is fine — for a weekly term, you only pay for the sessions that are still to come.
- Check the age band — for kids' sessions, only the series your child's age fits are shown.
- Prefer one at a time? On the booking page you can ignore the pack bar and book individual sessions from the calendar instead.
- Your bookings for the pack appear in Managing Your Bookings like any other.
