Subscriptions & Credits

Beginner5 minutes

The Purchased Services section shows your active subscriptions, one-off credit packs, and gives you access to billing management through Stripe.

Where to Find This

Navigate to your Services page and click Purchased Services in the account menu (shield icon). This is usually the first tab.

Subscriptions Tab

The Subscription tab shows a table (or card layout on mobile) of your active plans.

What You'll See

For each subscription:

  • Product — the plan name (e.g. "Standard Clean — Monthly")
  • Status — a colour-coded badge:
    • Active (green) — your subscription is current and active
    • Paused (yellow) — temporarily paused
    • Canceled (grey) — no longer active
  • Price — the recurring amount
  • Billing Interval — how often you're charged (monthly, yearly, etc.)
  • Period End — when the current billing period ends

Payment Alerts

If there's an issue with your subscription, you'll see a banner at the top:

  • Yellow alert — payment is past due; update your payment method to avoid interruption
  • Red alert — subscription is suspended due to failed payment
  • Grey alert — subscription has been cancelled

Credits Tab

If you've purchased one-off credit packs, a Credits tab appears alongside the Subscription tab.

Credits Summary

At the top of the Credits tab, a badge shows your total available credits (e.g. "5 Credits Available").

Credit Pack Details

For each purchased credit pack:

  • Product name — what you bought (e.g. "5-Session Bundle")
  • Remaining / Total — how many credits are left (e.g. "3 / 5")
  • Price paid — the amount you paid
  • Valid until — expiry date for the credits

Expiry Warnings

Credits that are expiring soon show colour-coded warnings:

  • Orange badge — expiring within 7 days
  • Red badge — already expired

Credit Actions

Each credit pack may show action buttons:

  • View Receipt — opens your Stripe receipt in a new browser tab
  • Request Refund — opens an email to the business with a pre-filled refund request (only shown if you haven't used any credits from that pack and it hasn't expired)

Managing Your Billing

Click the Manage Billing button to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update your payment method (card details)
  • View subscription details
  • Cancel or modify your subscription

Note: Billing management is handled securely through Stripe's hosted portal — your card details are never stored on this website.

Entitlement Status

An entitlement banner may appear showing your current access status:

  • Active — you have full access to your subscribed services
  • Paused — your access is temporarily paused (you can't make new bookings until reactivated)

Empty States

"No billing account" You haven't subscribed to any plan yet. A link to the pricing page is shown so you can choose a plan.

"No subscriptions" You have a billing account but no active subscriptions. You'll see an empty state with a shopping cart icon.

Tips

  • Check the Period End date to know when your next bill is due
  • If your payment fails, update your card through the Manage Billing portal promptly to avoid service interruption
  • Credit packs are a good way to book services outside your regular subscription — check the expiry date so you don't lose them
  • On mobile, subscriptions display as compact cards instead of a table

Troubleshooting

Not seeing a Credits tab? The Credits tab only appears if you've purchased at least one credit pack. If you haven't bought any, only the Subscription tab is shown.

"Manage Billing" button not working? This requires an active Stripe billing account. If you signed up recently, give it a moment for the account to be set up.

Payment past due? Click Manage Billing to update your payment card. Once the payment succeeds, your subscription will return to Active status.
