When you visit a booking page, the first step is choosing which service you'd like to book. The service selector shows you everything that's available.
Selecting a Service
At the top of the booking page you'll see a "Select a Service" heading with a grid of service cards underneath.
Each card shows:
- Service name — e.g. "Standard Clean", "Personal Training"
- Description — a short summary of what's included
- Duration — how long the session lasts (e.g. "1 hr", "45 min")
Some services may also show badges:
- Group — this is a group/class-style service with multiple spots per time slot
- Shared Pool — this service draws from a shared quota pool with other services
- Purchase to book (with a padlock) — you're signed in, but your current plan and credits don't cover this service yet. Hovering the badge explains: "No plan or credit covers this service yet. Pick a time to buy access during checkout."
How to Choose
- Browse the service cards on the page
- Click the card for the service you want
- The selector collapses into a compact bar showing your chosen service
Changing Your Selection
After selecting a service, a compact bar appears at the top showing the service name, duration, and a checkmark. The whole bar is the button — click or tap anywhere on it to expand the selector again and pick a different service. On a computer the bar also reads "Change service"; on a phone that wording is dropped to save space, leaving the chevron on the right as the cue.
Empty States
- "No Services Available" — the business hasn't set up any bookable services yet
- "No Bookable Services" — services exist but none are currently accepting bookings
What Happens Next
Once you select a service, the booking calendar loads below showing available dates and time slots for that service. See Booking Appointments to continue.
Tips
- Every service the business is currently offering is listed — nothing is hidden from you
- Services your plan or credits don't cover aren't taken off the list; they're marked Purchase to book, and you buy what's needed when you pick a time. The time slots for those services show a Get Plan or Enrol button instead of Book
- On mobile, the service cards stack vertically for easy scrolling
