Anything you buy from the store appears in My Orders, where you can check what you ordered, how much you paid, and where your delivery is up to.
Where to Find This
Visit your Services page and open My Orders (the package icon) in the account menu.
Info
The My Orders tab only appears once you've placed an order. If you haven't bought anything from the store yet, you won't see it.
Your Order List
Each order shows:
- Placed — the date you ordered
- Items — a short summary, for example "Club Hoodie (Medium) ×2 + 1 more"
- Total — the amount you paid
- Status — where your order is up to
Click View on any order to see the full details.
Order Details
The details view shows:
- Every item, with its option and quantity, and the price
- Shipping and the Total paid
- A tracking link if your order is on its way — click Track your parcel to follow it, or copy the tracking number shown
Order Statuses
Tracking a Delivery
Once the business adds tracking to your order, open it and click Track your parcel to see where it is. If there's a tracking number but no link, the number is shown so you can check with the courier yourself.
Tips
- A receipt is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through — keep it for your records.
- If something looks wrong with an order, contact the business through the Support section of your account.
