The account area is where you manage your bookings, subscriptions, profile, and access support. This guide explains how to navigate between sections on both desktop and mobile.
The Account Menu
When you visit your Services page, you'll see an account menu with four sections:
Desktop Layout
On desktop (screens 992px and wider), the account menu appears as a sidebar on the left side of the page.
- The active section is highlighted with a shadow and accent bar
- Click any menu item to switch to that section — the content updates on the right
- Use the chevron toggle at the top of the sidebar to collapse it to icon-only mode (70px wide) or expand it back to full labels (280px wide)
- When collapsed, hover over an icon to see a tooltip with the section name
Mobile Layout
On smaller screens, the menu switches to a horizontal tab bar pinned below the top navigation bar.
- Swipe left or right to scroll through the tabs if they don't all fit on screen
- Tap a tab to switch sections
- The active tab is highlighted with an underline indicator

Your subscriptions and one-off credit packs. See plan status, billing intervals, and manage payments.
My Bookings
View all your appointments organised into Upcoming, Past, and Cancelled tabs. Cancel upcoming bookings if needed.
My Profile
Update your personal details — name, phone number, and address.
Support
Access knowledge base articles and submit support requests via a contact form.
Tips
- On desktop, collapsing the sidebar gives you more screen space for the main content
- The tab bar on mobile is sticky — it stays visible as you scroll down
- Your selected tab is remembered, so you'll return to the same section when you come back
