If you booked over the phone or at the counter, someone will have set your account up for you. You'll get an email inviting you to choose a password — and once you have, everything they set up is yours to manage.
Where to Find This
There's no page to go looking for — you start from the link in your invitation email. It opens a page headed Set up your account on the business's own website (the same address you'd use to book), so you end up signed in exactly where your bookings live.
The Email
The subject line reads "Set up your [business name] account", and the message tells you who set it up and who they added:
[Name] at [business] has set up an account for you and added Ella. Set your password and take a look… Once you're in you can see your bookings, manage your details and book again yourself.
Two things worth knowing:
- The link expires 30 days after it's sent.
- It only works with the email address it was sent to.
If it has expired, or you can't find the email, just ask the business to send it again — they can do that in a click.
If you already use Bizzly with another business under the same email address, you won't get this email at all. Your existing account is simply linked to the new business — sign in as you normally would and their bookings are there.
Setting Your Password
- 1
Open the link
It takes you to a page on the business's own website headed Set up your account: "The club has set up an account for you. Choose a password and you can see your bookings, manage your details and book again yourself."
- 2
Click Set your password
The button reads Opening secure sign-up… while it takes you to the secure sign-up screen, where you choose your password.
- 3
You're all set
Back on the website you'll see You're all set — "Your account is ready — your bookings, details and family are already on it." Click Go to the website to start using it.
Nothing is lost or duplicated in the process. The bookings, credits, session packs and any children, pets or students already recorded for you are all on the account you've just taken over.
If Something Goes Wrong
- "This link is incomplete" — the address you opened is missing its setup code: "Use the link from your email — it carries your personal setup code." Open the link straight from the email rather than retyping it, and avoid copying only part of it.
- The link doesn't recognise you — it only works with the email address it was sent to. If you'd rather use a different address, ask the business to send a fresh invitation there.
- The link has expired — invitations last 30 days. Ask the business to resend it.
