If you sell merchandise from your website, you can connect Veeqo to handle the warehouse side of things — stock levels, picking, order allocation and discounted shipping labels. You choose which products Veeqo looks after, and paid orders, stock and tracking then keep themselves in step automatically.
Where to Find This
Services → Integrations — look for the Veeqo Fulfilment card.
Pro plan feature. Veeqo rides along with your merch store, which is part of the Pro plan. On other plans the card is still there so you can see what's available — it shows a Pro Plan Required panel with a View Plans & Upgrade link instead of a Connect button.
What You'll Get
With Veeqo connected:
- Stock managed in Veeqo — for the products you mark as Veeqo-fulfilled, Veeqo becomes the master record for stock, and your store shows those levels as a read-only mirror.
- Orders sent for you — when a Veeqo-fulfilled product sells, the paid order is pushed straight into Veeqo for picking and packing.
- Discounted shipping labels — buy and print labels inside Veeqo, priced from the size and weight you set on each product.
- Tracking back on the order — once Veeqo ships, the order's status and tracking update automatically, so your customer can follow their parcel.
What You'll Need
- A Veeqo account (Veeqo is free to use)
- Your merch store switched on (Pro plan)
- About 5 minutes
Connecting Veeqo
- 1
Go to Integrations
From your dashboard, open Services and click the Integrations tab.
- 2
Find the Veeqo Fulfilment card
It reads "Connect your free Veeqo account to manage store stock, allocate orders and buy discounted shipping labels. Veeqo becomes the stock source for products you mark as Veeqo-fulfilled."
- 3
Click Connect Veeqo
Press Connect Veeqo. The button changes to Connecting… and sends you to Veeqo to sign in.
- 4
Sign in and allow access
Log in to Veeqo (or create an account) and approve the connection. You'll be brought back to your Integrations tab.
- 5
Confirm it's connected
The card now reads Veeqo Connected in green, and its description confirms "Veeqo is connected. Orders for Veeqo-fulfilled products are pushed automatically; stock levels mirror from Veeqo."
Connecting adds a Bizzly sales channel inside your Veeqo account so your store's orders have somewhere to land.
Choosing Veeqo for a Product
Connecting Veeqo doesn't change any products on its own. Every product stays on Manual fulfilment — where you pack and ship yourself — until you switch it over.
- 1
Open the Store
Go to Services → Store and open the Products area.
- 2
Edit a product and set the fulfilment source
Open a product and find the Fulfilment dropdown (it appears once Veeqo is connected). Choose:
- Manual — you pack and ship (the default)
- Veeqo — stock, allocation and labels
- 3
Add the parcel size (for labels)
When you pick Veeqo, boxes appear for Weight (g) and the parcel Width, Height and Depth in centimetres. Veeqo prices shipping labels from these. Weight updates every time you save; the dimensions apply the first time the product syncs to Veeqo (all three are needed), and you can adjust them inside Veeqo afterwards. Leave them blank to manage sizes entirely in Veeqo.
- 4
Save changes
Save the product. Its In stock count now shows as a read-only In stock (Veeqo) value, because Veeqo owns the stock for this product from here on.
Mix and match freely. Keep everyday items on Manual and hand only your fulfilled-by-Veeqo lines over — each product is set independently.
Keeping Things in Sync
Most of the syncing happens on its own: newly-marked products are pushed to Veeqo, paid orders flow across as they come in, and stock mirrors back into your catalog.
If you want to refresh straight away, use the Sync now button in the Products or Settings area of the Store. It shows how long ago the last sync ran. If the Veeqo Fulfilment card mentions products "awaiting push", a sync sends them across.
Fulfilled Orders in the Store
Veeqo-fulfilled orders still appear in your Store → Orders dashboard. On one of these orders you'll see a View in Veeqo link — picking and label printing happen in Veeqo, while the order here shows the status and tracking as they come back.
If you cancel a Veeqo-fulfilled order from the Orders dashboard, the matching Veeqo order is cancelled too, so the warehouse won't ship it.
Disconnecting Veeqo
To stop using Veeqo, open Services → Integrations and click the red Disconnect Veeqo button on the card. A confirmation window appears explaining that this "removes the Veeqo connection and the Bizzly sales channel inside Veeqo" — click Disconnect Veeqo again to go ahead.
Your Veeqo account, products and stock stay intact — the products you'd marked as Veeqo-fulfilled simply fall back to manual fulfilment with Bizzly-managed stock.
Troubleshooting
Don't see the Veeqo Fulfilment card at all? If you're on the Pro plan and the card is missing entirely — rather than showing a Pro Plan Required panel — it's because Veeqo hasn't been set up on the Bizzly side yet. The card is deliberately hidden until then, so you're never offered a Connect button that can't work. Contact support and they'll tell you where it stands.
See the card, but it says "Pro Plan Required"? That's the plan gate, not a fault. Veeqo comes with the merch store on the Pro plan — use View Plans & Upgrade on the card.
Products showing as "awaiting push"? Run Sync now from the Store's Products or Settings area to send them to Veeqo.
Stock looks wrong on a Veeqo product? Stock for Veeqo-fulfilled products is owned by Veeqo and shown here read-only. Adjust it in Veeqo, then Sync now to refresh.
