Where to Find This
Services → Integrations tab
What You'll Get
With HubSpot connected:
- Capture leads from your website forms
- Store customer details in one place
- Track interactions across your business
- Create support tickets from service requests
What You'll Need
- A HubSpot account (free or paid)
- About 3 minutes to complete setup
Steps
1. Go to Integrations
Navigate to Services and click on the Integrations tab.
2. Find HubSpot
Locate the HubSpot Integration card in your list of integrations. Before you connect, it reads "Connect your HubSpot account to enable forms and CRM features on your website."
3. Click Connect
Press the Connect HubSpot button to start the connection process.
4. Sign In to HubSpot
You will be redirected to HubSpot's sign-in page. Enter your HubSpot credentials to log in.
5. Select Your Account
If you have multiple HubSpot accounts, select the one you wish to connect.
6. Allow Access
HubSpot will request permission to share data with your website. Click Connect app to grant access.
7. Return to Dashboard
You will be redirected back to the platform. On the HubSpot Integration card, the button now reads HubSpot Connected in green and can't be clicked, and the description changes to "HubSpot is connected and ready for forms and CRM features." A Disconnect HubSpot button appears underneath it.
What Happens to Your Data?
When customers fill in forms on your website:
- Contact forms create new contacts in HubSpot.
- Service forms generate support tickets.
- All data flows automatically—no manual entry needed.
Disconnecting HubSpot
To remove the connection — for example to switch to a different HubSpot account:
- Go to Services → Integrations.
- On the HubSpot Integration card, click Disconnect HubSpot.
- A confirmation appears: "This removes the HubSpot connection from your platform. Your HubSpot account and CRM data remain intact — you can reconnect at any time."
- Click Disconnect HubSpot again to confirm.
The page reloads and the card returns to Connect HubSpot, ready for you to connect the account you want.
Disconnecting doesn't delete anything in HubSpot. Your contacts, tickets and history stay exactly as they are — you're only removing the link between HubSpot and your website.
Troubleshooting
Connection failed?
Try reconnecting. Ensure you're logged into the correct HubSpot account. There's no region setting for you to pick — where Bizzly signs in to HubSpot is decided once for the whole platform, not per business, so it isn't something you can get wrong. If sign-in keeps failing, contact support.
Can't see your contacts?
The initial sync might take a few minutes. Please check back shortly.
Wrong HubSpot account?
Click Disconnect HubSpot, confirm, then click Connect HubSpot and sign in with the account you want.
