When something is wrong or you cannot find an answer, send Bizzly's team a request from the Help sheet. You can also see every request you have sent and where it stands.
Where to Find This
Press your name at the right of the bar across the top of the screen and choose Help, or open Settings and press Help under Bizzly (on a phone, open More, then press Help). The row in Settings says "Ask for help, and your requests". The sheet is headed Help, with the line "Ask us for help, and see your requests".
Help is open to everyone who signs in to the console, whether administrator or team member. From the menu under your name or from More it opens over the screen you are on. From Settings it opens beside the rows on a wide screen, and fills the screen on a phone.
Requests you send here go to Bizzly's support team. They are separate from the contact and service forms on your own website. For those, see Setting Up Contact Forms with HubSpot.
Asking Bizzly a Question First
If you only want to know how something works or where it is, you may not need to send a request. Administrators on a plan that includes it can type the question into Ask or tell Bizzly, the card at the foot of the rail (on a phone, in More). Bizzly answers briefly, in a few plain sentences from the help articles, and normally ends with a link to the help article that answers it, which opens in a new tab. If it cannot find one, it says so. You can ask before your setup is finished. See Ask or Tell Bizzly.
If that does not answer it, send a request below.
Sending a Request
- 1
Open Help
Under Need a hand?, press Ask for help. Under it, it says "Send our team a request and we will get back to you".
- 2
Fill in the form
The sheet changes to Ask for help and shows Bizzly's support form. Fill it in and send it. Give as much detail as you can: what you were trying to do, where you were in the console, and what happened.
- 3
Go back
Press All help at the top to return to the Help sheet. The request you just sent is in your list.
Your Requests
Under What have you asked us? the sheet lists your requests, newest first, twenty at a time. Previous, a line such as 21 to 40 of 45 and Next turn the pages when there are more than twenty. Two buttons choose which list you are looking at: Open, for requests still being looked at, and Closed, for finished ones. Each shows how many it holds.
Each request shows:
- what it is about, in the words you gave (or No subject)
- where it stands, as the stage the support team has it at, or Open or Closed if no stage is named
- Sent and the date, and Updated with a later date if it has moved on since
- how urgent it is, when the support team has marked it. A High request has a label, High, at the right. A Medium or Low one has no label, and says "Medium priority" or "Low priority" as its last line instead. A request with no urgency says nothing about it.
If you have not sent a request yet, the sheet says "You have not sent us a request yet. When you do, it will appear here." With nothing in a list, it says "You have no open requests." or "No request has been closed yet."
If your requests could not be read, the sheet says "Your requests could not be read just now." with a Retry button. It never tells you that you have none when it simply could not look.
Before you ask, try the search at the top of any screen. It finds settings and screens by name and takes you straight to them. See Searching Your Console.
