Where to Find This: The Choose an account screen at sign-in, and the Accounts menu in the console
You can be part of more than one Bizzly business — for example if you're a coach who works for two clubs, or you run one business and help with another. When that's the case, Bizzly keeps them separate and lets you pick which one you're working in.
This only applies if you belong to more than one business. If you belong to just one, you won't see the account picker or the Accounts menu.
Choosing an Account at Sign-In
When you sign in and belong to more than one business, a Choose an account screen appears:
- 1
Review your businesses
You'll see "You're part of more than one business." with a button for each business you belong to. Each button shows the business name and your role there, and a tick marks the one you're currently in. Your email is shown underneath as "Signed in as".
- 2
Pick where to work
Click the business you want. You're signed straight into that account with the role you hold there and taken to the console.
Switching Once You're Signed In
Inside the console, you can move to another of your businesses at any time:
- 1
Open the Accounts menu
In the top navigation, open the Accounts menu — the briefcase icon labelled Switch account. It lists every business you belong to, with your role in each and a tick on the one you're in now.
- 2
Choose a business
Click another business. Bizzly signs you into it with your role there and reloads the console so everything reflects the account you've switched to.
Switching accounts replaces your whole session, so any unsaved work in the account you're leaving won't carry over. Save before you switch.
If an Account Is No Longer Available
If your access to a business has been removed since you last signed in, trying to switch to it shows "Your access to [business] has changed — ask their administrator to re-invite you." That business then drops off your list. To get back in, ask an administrator of that business to invite you again from their Team tab.
