What You'll Need
- A connected Stripe account
What the Products Sub-Tab Shows
The Products sub-tab gives you a read-only summary of the active products on your connected Stripe account. The header shows how many active products and prices you have, and each product appears as a card with:
- The product name and description
- A count of how many prices it has
- Each price listed with its amount, billing period (for example "per month" or "one-off"), a Subscription or One-off label, and a Default badge on the default price
- The price's own name in Stripe, shown as a small tag beside it — but only where it tells you something the product name doesn't. A price named exactly after its product shows nothing, and one that merely extends it ("Weekly Membership — Monthly") shows just the extra part ("Monthly"), so a list of one-price products stays clean
To pull in the latest details after making a change in Stripe, click Refresh.
Products you set up during onboarding, or create later in Stripe, appear here automatically. If you haven't created any yet, you'll see a "No active products" message.
Prices That Vary by Location
If you've given a season pack its own per-session price for each location, the amount shown here is the real range customers pay, not the catalogue figure — for example "£8.00–£10.00" with per session · by location underneath. Where every location charges the same per-session rate, it shows that single rate instead. This is deliberate: the figure sitting in Stripe would be misleading once locations charge differently.
Where a plan has per-location dates or excluded dates but no per-location prices, the price instead carries a Location settings badge with a map-pin icon.
Both are set in Services → Bookings → Booking Management — open the service from the Overview, then Pricing & access → By location. See Plans & Booking Quotas.
You can reach a fuller version of this list without leaving Booking Management: on the Overview sub-tab, open Quick actions and choose View products & prices. Use Back to overview to return. That screen adds the services each price unlocks, a Configure services button for changing them, an Add product button for creating a new product with its first price, Edit and Remove buttons for changing a product's name, description and amounts without opening Stripe at all, and each product's purchase rules — whether a purchase is for one member or the whole account, how many times it can be bought, and whether it triggers your joining fee. See The Products & Pricing Screen and Purchase Rules: Who a Purchase Is For.
Adding or Editing Products
Create a New Product
You can add a product without leaving Booking Management. On the Overview sub-tab, open Quick actions, choose View products & prices and click Add product (top right, or in the empty state when you have no products yet). Then:
- Enter a Product name customers will understand (for example "Monthly Cleaning Service"). Names must be unique.
- Add a Description that customers will see.
- Set the first price. Billing is either a One-time payment (single appointments, passes, packs or fees) or a Weekly, Monthly or Yearly subscription (ongoing services, memberships or retainers). Enter the Amount in your account's currency, and an optional Price name to tell prices of the same product apart later (for example Monthly / Annual).
- Click Create product.
The product and its price are created in Stripe straight away. A new price grants nothing until you click Configure services on it and choose which services it unlocks. During onboarding the same button adds the product to your launch pack instead, and it is created when you click Continue.
Using the Stripe Dashboard
You can also create and edit products in the Stripe Dashboard. The Products sub-tab links you straight there:
- Click Open Stripe Dashboard (top right) to manage all your products in Stripe.
- Click View in Stripe on any product card to open that specific product.
Back on the Products sub-tab, click Refresh and a product created in Stripe appears in the list.
