Getting Started

Welcome! This overview maps out the whole journey, from creating your account to a live website, so you know what's coming and where to go next.

The Journey at a Glance

Getting online happens in three stages:

1. Create your account – Sign in for the first time through our secure sign-in page. This creates your account.
2. Choose a plan – Pick a plan to unlock the setup tools. Until you have an active plan, the setup tools stay locked.
3. Complete the Onboarding tab – A guided, step-by-step setup that creates your website, connects the services you need, applies a professional design, and takes you live.

Two Ways to Build

Early in the Onboarding tab, right after you enter your business details, you choose what you'd like to build. Your choice decides which steps you see for the rest of setup:

• Full business — Bookings, payments & CRM. The complete setup: choose a design, connect card payments, connect your booking calendar, review your services and plans, connect your CRM, then launch. This is the longer path.
• Landing page — A marketing site with a contact form. A faster path that gets a lead-capturing site live without payments or booking setup. You can add those later whenever you're ready.

Landing page is a shorter version of the Full business path, so once you've chosen, you only ever see the steps that apply to you.
