Before you can build your site, you need to do two things: create your account, and choose a plan. Choosing a plan is what unlocks the guided setup, so plan on doing both in one sitting.
Where to Find This
Start on our homepage or the Pricing page. Account creation and plan selection both happen here, before you reach your dashboard.
You don't fill in a registration form inside the app. You create your account the first time you sign in through our secure sign-in page, which is hosted by Microsoft. Everything below happens there.
Step 1: Create Your Account

Click Sign In – On our homepage, click the Sign In button. (On the Pricing page, the button on each plan reads Sign up / Log in to purchase — either one takes you to the same secure sign-in page.)

Create your account on the sign-in page – You'll be taken to a secure sign-in page hosted by Microsoft. If you don't have an account yet, use the Sign up now option there and follow the prompts to register with your email address.

Confirm your email – As part of signing up, you'll be asked to confirm your email address with a code sent to your inbox.
InfoCheck your spam or junk folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Return to Bizzly – Once you've signed in, you're brought back to Bizzly and landed on your dashboard.
Every time you come back, use the same Sign In button and the same email you registered with. If you ever forget your password, use the reset option on the sign-in page.
Step 2: Choose a Plan
Signing in creates your account, but the guided setup stays locked until you have an active plan.

Open the Pricing page – Head to the Pricing page to compare plans. Many plans start with a free trial.

Pick your plan – On the plan you want, click the button to start. Once you're signed in, that button reads Start [N]-day free trial (showing your plan's trial length, for example "Start 14-day free trial") — or Choose [plan name] if the plan has no trial. Either one takes you through to confirm your plan.

Confirm your plan – Complete the short checkout to activate your plan. An active plan is the key that unlocks the setup tools.
Until your plan is active, the Onboarding tab in your dashboard stays greyed out, and you'll see the message:
"Complete your account setup by choosing a plan before accessing the onboarding wizard."
Once your plan is active, the tab unlocks automatically.
What Happens Next?
With your account created and a plan active, you're ready to build. Go to the Services page and open the Onboarding tab in the left-hand menu — it's now enabled.
From there, pick the walkthrough that matches what you want to build:
- Full Business Setup — bookings, payments, and a full business site.
- Landing Page Setup — a faster marketing site with a contact form.
