Both setup paths share the design step — and the build step that comes after it. This article takes a closer look at choosing a design: the launch packs on offer, how to pick one, and what happens next. You'll reach it partway through either Full Business Setup or Landing Page Setup.
Where to Find This
Services → Onboarding tab → the Choose Design step
In the Full business path this screen is headed Choose Your Launch Pack. In the Landing page path it's headed Choose Your Landing Page and shows single-page designs with your contact form connected.
What a Launch Pack Is
A launch pack isn't a blank template — it's a ready-made site for a type of business, with pages, services, pricing and lead capture already set up. You start from a working business model and adjust it to fit, rather than building from scratch.
Available Launch Packs
The public Launch Packs page showcases 14 launch packs in total. Eight are fully live with a demo you can explore, and six more are on the way.

Don't see your exact industry? Choose the launch pack closest to your business model — all content, colours and settings are fully customisable afterwards.
Browsing and Testing Demos
Before you commit, you can explore the live launch packs on the public Launch Packs page. Open any live demo to see the complete working site — try the bookings, look at the plans, and see how the customer experience flows. The launch packs marked coming soon don't have a demo yet.
Selecting Your Design
When you reach the Choose Design step in setup, you'll see the available designs as cards. Move your mouse over a card (or tap it on a touchscreen) and its buttons appear over the picture:
- Preview — opens that pack's live demo site in a new tab. Packs without a demo don't show this button, so you won't see it on the Landing page path at all.
- Use Launch Pack — the green button that chooses this pack. This is the one that moves you on.
The card itself isn't a button. The pointer changes as you move over it, but clicking the picture or the name does nothing — you have to click Use Launch Pack.
After you click Use Launch Pack, a short spinner reads "Preparing your launch pack…" and the wizard moves you straight on to the next step. Nothing is built at this point.
- On the Full business path, choosing a pack lines up its services, pricing and schedule ready for you to review on the next step.
- On the Landing page path there's nothing to line up and nothing to review — a landing design carries no services, pricing or schedule — so the next step simply publishes it.
Watching Your Site Build
Your site is built one step later. Both paths reach the same build, but the screen that starts it differs.
Full business — the screen is headed Configure Your Business, where you look over the services, plans and availability your launch pack came with. Clicking Continue is what starts the build. While it works, the button reads Setting up… and a build screen replaces the settings panel, headed "Setting up your site — this can take a few minutes. Please don't close this page."
Landing page — the screen is headed Publish Your Landing Page. There's nothing to review, so it has a single button: Publish. While it works, the button reads Publishing… and the build screen appears, headed "Publishing your landing page — this only takes a moment." See Landing Page Setup.
Either way, the build screen shows a rocket and the line "Setting up your launch pack, pages, and configurations…"
Below that is a live checklist. Each item ticks off as it finishes, and a bar underneath shows an "X of Y steps complete" count so you can see exactly where it's up to. (Before the first update lands, you'll briefly see "Preparing your site…" instead of the checklist.)
The stages are always named the same way, in this order:
- Building your pages
- Setting up services, pricing & schedule
- Setting up profiles
- Connecting lead capture
- Stocking your store
- Setting up email
The same six stages always appear, whatever launch pack you choose — the count always runs to six. Stages with nothing to do show as already ticked off. Setting up email in particular is always ticked, because email is set up separately on the Pro plan rather than here.
On the Landing page path you'll see the same six stages. The ones doing real work are Building your pages and Connecting lead capture. No services, pricing or store are created on that path, so those stages show as ticked straight away.
The step that's currently running replaces its own name with a live progress line while it works — for example "Setting up your locations (15 of 35)" — so the longest step keeps telling you what it's doing.
The Setting up services, pricing & schedule step does the heavy lifting and can run for a few minutes on a full business pack — that's normal. Keep the page open; when everything is done, the wizard moves you on to the next step automatically.
After Your Site Is Built
Once the build finishes, setup continues to its remaining steps and, finally, launch. From there you can customise everything the launch pack gave you — pricing, time slots, page content, colours and more — from your dashboard, whenever suits you.
