Navigate to Services → Customers → Customer Reviews.

What You Can Do

With the reviews system, you can:

• Request reviews from customers by SMS, and by email as well when you pick a customer who has an email address on file
• Moderate submissions before publishing
• Reply to reviews — your reply is saved for your own records
• Auto-publish verified reviews
• Display reviews on your website

How It Works

1. Send a request - The customer gets a personal link by text, and by email too if you selected them from your customer list and they have an email address
2. Customer writes review - They rate and describe their experience
3. Review submitted - It appears in your Customer Reviews screen
4. Moderate or auto-publish - Depending on your settings
5. Display on website - Published reviews appear for visitors

Where Reviews Come From

Every review in Bizzly arrives through a link you sent. There's no open form on your website that strangers can fill in, so only people you invited can leave a review — that's what makes them Verified.

Getting Started

1. Go to Services → Customers → Customer Reviews
2. Send your first review request from the Request Review sub-tab
3. Choose your auto-publishing setting in the Manage Reviews sub-tab
4. Watch reviews come in
