Review and manage customer feedback before it appears on your website.
Where to Find This
Navigate to Services → Customers → Customer Reviews → Manage Reviews sub-tab.
Viewing Your Reviews
1. Go to Customer Reviews
In Services, open the Customers group and click Customer Reviews.
2. See Your Reviews
The Manage Reviews sub-tab holds three cards, top to bottom:
The sub-tab label shows a count in brackets when reviews are waiting for you.
The Verified Badge
Reviews in Pending Approval show a green Verified badge when they came from a review link you sent. Since every review reaches Bizzly through a link you sent, this is normally all of them.
Once you approve a review it moves to Approved Reviews, where the customer's name is shown on its own without a badge.
Moderating Pending Reviews
For each pending review, you can:
Approve
Click Approve to publish the review on your website.
Good reasons to approve:
- Genuine customer feedback
- Fair and honest assessment
- Even negative reviews (shows authenticity)
Reject
Click Reject to keep the review hidden.
Good reasons to reject:
- Spam or fake reviews
- Inappropriate language
- Not from a real customer
- Mistaken identity (wrong business)
Rejecting is not deleting. The review simply stays unpublished and remains in Pending Approval, so if you change your mind you can click Approve on it later.
Replying to Reviews
1. Find the Review
Go to the Approved Reviews card. Replies are only available for approved reviews.
2. Open the Reply Box
On a computer, click Reply on the review's row — the button reads Edit if you've already written one. On a phone, the same button reads Add Reply or Edit Reply.
3. Write Your Response
Type into the Your Reply box. Keep it professional and helpful:
For positive reviews:
"Thank you so much for your kind words, Sarah! We loved working with you and look forward to seeing you again."
For negative reviews:
"We're sorry to hear about your experience, John. Please contact us directly so we can make this right."
4. Post It
Click Post Reply. The review's row then shows Reply added so you can see at a glance which ones you've answered.
Replies are for your own records only. They are not shown to visitors on your website — only the review itself, the customer's name and the star rating appear there. If you want the customer to hear from you, contact them directly.
Tips for Managing Reviews
- Be professional about negative reviews: Never argue - take the conversation offline if needed.
- Act quickly: Don't leave reviews sitting in pending for too long.
- Keep notes: A saved reply is a handy record of how you handled a piece of feedback.
Reviews Left on Google
Reviews people leave on your Google listing are managed on Google, not in Bizzly. Bizzly's Google Business Profile integration is still being built — see Google Business Profile.
Troubleshooting
- Review not appearing on website? Make sure it's in Approved Reviews, not Pending Approval.
- Can't reply to a review? Replies are only available for approved reviews.
- Rejected a review by mistake? It's still in Pending Approval — just click Approve.
