Set up online booking so customers can schedule appointments with you automatically.
How It Works
Your booking system has three parts:
- Services - What customers can book (personal training, classes, consultations, etc.)
- Plans - Which subscription tiers include access to each service
- Availability - When and where customers can book (locations, time slots, Google Calendar)
Getting Started
To start accepting bookings:
- Connect Google Calendar to sync your schedule
- Create services that customers can book
- Configure plan access to control which subscriptions include each service
- Set up locations with your available times
- Sync to Google Calendar to go live
Once configured, customers can book directly from your website and appointments appear automatically in your Google Calendar.
What Makes a Service "Ready"?
A service is ready to accept bookings when:
- ✓ At least one subscription plan has access
- ✓ At least one location offers the service
- ✓ Google Calendar is connected and synced
