Where to Find This: Services → User Profile tab → Privacy & Data
You're in control of your own information. From the Privacy & Data card near the bottom of your User Profile tab, you can download a copy of everything held about you, or ask for your account to be deleted.
Downloading Your Data
Get a copy of your personal data to keep or to check what's held about you.
- 1
Open your User Profile
Go to Services → User Profile and scroll down to the Privacy & Data card.
- 2
Click Download
Next to Download my data, click Download. The button shows Preparing… for a moment while your copy is put together.
- 3
Save the file
A file is downloaded to your device. It contains a copy of your profile, bookings, subscriptions, purchases and reviews.
You can download your data as often as you like — it never changes or removes anything in your account.
Deleting Your Account
Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data. To protect you from mistakes, deletion is always scheduled 30 days ahead and can be cancelled at any point before then.
- 1
Click Delete my account
In the Privacy & Data card, find Delete my account and click the Delete my account button.
- 2
Read what will happen
A window explains exactly what gets removed and what is kept. Deleting removes your profile and contact details, any saved profiles you've added (such as children, pets or students), your sign-in, and any waitlist places and queued reminders.
Your booking and payment history is kept for the business's legal records, but with your identity removed. Payment records held by Stripe are also kept where the law requires it.

Confirm
Type DELETE in the box, tick I understand this cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period, then click Schedule deletion.
Once scheduled, you'll see a confirmation and we'll email you a link you can use to cancel. An amber reminder appears on your profile and at the top of your screen showing the date your account is due to be deleted.
Nothing is removed during the 30-day grace period. If you change your mind, click Cancel deletion on the reminder or in the Privacy & Data card, or use the link in your email. You'll see "Deletion cancelled — nothing has been removed."
If You Run a Business
If you're the only administrator of a business, deleting your account also deletes that business — its website, customer subscriptions, bookings, store and team all go with it. The confirmation window names the business (or businesses) affected so it's clear before you continue. Your customers keep their own sign-ins but lose access to that business.
If you belong to more than one business, deleting your account here only covers your data with this one. Your sign-in stays active for the others, and the window lists them. To be removed from those too, request deletion from each of their sites.
Some account types can't be deleted from this page. If that applies to you, the Delete my account area shows a short explanation instead of a button — contact support for help.
After the Grace Period
Once the 30 days pass, deletion runs and can no longer be undone. While it's happening, the Privacy & Data card shows "Deletion in progress" and the account actions are turned off.
