Where to find this: Services → Website → Website Editor
Business launch packs give you a head start. Instead of building from scratch, apply a launch pack and customise it for your business.
What Are Business Launch Packs?
Launch packs are complete working websites put together by our team. Each one includes:
- A set of pages – Home, services, about, contact and so on, already built.
- Layout structure – Rows, columns and sections already arranged.
- Placeholder content – Sample wording and pictures for you to replace.
- A matching theme – Colours and fonts that go with the design.
- Components – Marketing sections and business features ready to go.
Browsing Launch Packs
- Go to Services → Website → Website Editor.
- Open the Pages tab in the left panel.
- Under the Templates heading, click Browse Templates.
The gallery fills the editor. Recently Added at the top shows the newest launch packs — that's about when they were published, not about what you've used before.
Finding the Right Launch Pack
- Search – Type in the search box to match a launch pack's name or description.
- All Categories – Use this dropdown to narrow the gallery down. The categories on offer come from what's currently published, and each shows how many packs it holds.
- Preview – Where a launch pack has a live demo, its card has a Preview button that opens the demo site in a new tab.
Searching or choosing a category hides the Recently Added section so you see just the matches.
Applying a Launch Pack
- Find a launch pack you like.
- Click Use Launch Pack on its card.
That's the only choice to make — there's no "new page or replace" step.
Applying a launch pack copies its whole set of pages into your site as new pages, and applies its colours and fonts as your theme. Your existing pages aren't overwritten or deleted, but your site's colours and fonts will change to the pack's. If you've already set your brand colours, note them down first so you can put them back — or take a snapshot before you start.
Once it's finished, the new pages appear in your Pages list, ready to edit. Delete any you don't want.
Customising Your Launch Pack
Everything in a launch pack is fully editable.
1. Replace Placeholder Text
Launch packs contain sample wording such as "Your Company Name".
- Click any text on the canvas.
- Select the placeholder wording.
- Type your own.
Focus on:
- Headlines and taglines
- Service descriptions
- Call-to-action wording
- Contact details
2. Replace Images
- Click a picture.
- Click Change Image in the Properties panel.
- Upload your own photo or pick one from stock photos.
Tips:
- Use pictures of your actual business.
- Keep to similar shapes so the layout still works.
- Always add descriptive alt text.
3. Update Colours
Put your own brand back over the pack's:
- Open the Theme tab in the left panel.
- Enter your brand colours under Colors.
- Anything using theme colours updates on its own.
4. Adjust Content
You may want to add or remove sections:
- Delete sections you don't need.
- Duplicate sections you want more of.
- Rearrange sections by dragging them in the Navigator tab.
5. Check Your Business Components
If the pack includes booking calendars, plans or payment features:
- Select the component.
- Check it's picking up your own services, plans and calendar.
- Adjust its settings as needed.
Starting Fresh vs. Using Launch Packs
Use a launch pack when:
- You want a working website quickly.
- You're not sure how to structure your site.
- You want proven layouts to work from.
Start from scratch when:
- You have a specific design in mind.
- None of the available packs fits your business.
- You want control over every element.
You can apply a launch pack and then build extra pages from scratch alongside it. Nothing forces you to keep every page a pack brings in.
Tips for Launch Pack Success
- Don't rush the customising – Take the time to replace every piece of placeholder content.
- Keep the structure – Launch packs are built with a sensible visual hierarchy; try to keep it.
- Tidy the page list – Delete pack pages you'll never use, so your Pages list stays readable.
- Check mobile view – Preview on mobile once you've made your changes.
- Reapply your brand – Set your colours and fonts back in the Theme tab afterwards.
- Test all links – Make sure buttons and menu links go where they should.
